Slides from New Media Consortium Presentation: June 2007

Here are the slides from the presentation I gave with my colleague Ursula Wolz, at the New Media Consortium Summer Conference in Indianapolis on June 7, 2007. (That's Ursula on the left, with another colleague, Chris Ault. Ursula and Chris gave a well-received presentation on Friday morning focused on best practices in teaching game design. The tools they have created (along with colleague Teresa Nakra) for student engagement, monitoring and assessment in an interdisciplinary class are elegant and effective. I intend to steal quite a few of them for my own classes.
